BRAVE FESTIVAL 2015

The arrangement of BRAVE festival zone concerned two very different spaces. We wanted to make the installation easily adaptable to each of them. It was also a task to obtain as many different functions from one shape as possible, rather than creating many different elements that could complicate the production process and be economically dubious. Following this path resulted in a simple form which, by simple rotation, allows user to get comfortable sitting, lying or planting gras or flowers. Also, depending on how the elements are combined together we are creating different arrangements of the defined space. Final shape is made of concrete. This very durable and weatherproof material perfectly matches to the public space where forms are often exposed to variable weather conditions and a variety of unpredictable use. Slightly irregular texture and colour gave the entire system a specific character.
